Do you consider yourself a shy person?
Today I want to give YOU special advise on being confident in your wonderful personality:
You are special because you are a good listener
And these people are so hard to find J Introverts listen before they speak. They watch carefully from the sidelines and put their mind to work before they get themselves into any social interaction. And then they reveal their thoughts: showing confidence, without tripping over their own comments. Honest background work and perfect delivery! It's impossible not be noticed.
You are special because you are self-sufficient
You don’t depend on other people. You don’t expect them to take care of your material requirements. This makes you feel empowered. You are capable of overcoming your challenges and you know it! Even when anything unpredictable comes in your way, you are able to manage it, and to fight your own fight! You win!
You are special because you take your goals seriously
I’m sure you are focused and disciplined. You direct your mind and body to the quest of an ambitious goal and you don’t even need to tell anyone about it. You have all you need to become highly successful. Go for it!
WEAR YOUR SPECIAL CROWN! It fits perfectly and you know it!
Today as I read an article about a new CEO in a big Japanese cosmetics company and the way he pledged to make the brand one of the greatest global companies in the next 50 and even 100 years, I focused on the one line of the article:
“I will stake my life on this job”.
I guess this line can inspire us for the whole working week: do the best you can.
>>> Use all your mind, strength and heart and that will make the difference you need to reach your goals!

Oh... Not that great? Sorry to hear about that.
I want you to try one exercise that I'm sure will turn your mood into a positive one:
at the end of the day focus on 3 things that made you smile.
Try hard to see them again in your head: they will automatically boost your mood and
you will end the day happier.
EXERCISE YOUR OPTMISM
(yes you can learn to do that too! It's all within your reach if you really want it):
=> write down the 3 good things that happened to you today.
This way the feeling will stay with you longer :)
So.. Have you decided what your new year's resolutions will be?
I believe that most of us, as the years pass, become somewhat nervous about this tradition... Why? Don't we want to try and become a better person?? Don't we want to make that effort? Don't we know that each accomplishment is the result of hard work and even so.. it ends up with happiness as a reward??
WORK ON IT!! And if you are struggling and thinking that last year you were too optimistic and at the end of the year it tasted like failure... make it concrete, make it real.. but make it a promise to yourself and to people around you that when 2015 ends... you are a better version of yourself! You've tried to become closer to your full potential!
Remember: to believe is the 1st step towards becoming a better person.
