My advice on posture for today: don't sit 'heavily', do not walk 'heavily'.
What I mean is: remember to Stretch the top of your head toward the ceiling. Your body wil look like it was lifted from above, your back and shoulders will appreciate that and give you some rest.
You will feel much better and look elegant aswell. Try it!
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."
Each one of us is born to be important, special and extraordinary.
Dig deep inside and reach for the power that you were born with. Start creating the life you want. Start today!
Remember you already have the power you just have to find it and use it. Believe in yourself and the confidence will start growing every day. Work on it. You will soon develop and internal power base to control your life and destiny in every situation.
Do not underestimate your potential.
Your world will change.
In order to feel confident and prepared to rise to a challenge when the opportunity shows you should not forget your physical health.
Take care of you body. Be active, have fun and eat well – these help maintain a healthy body. Physical and mental health are closely linked; it’s easier to feel good about life, strong and confident, if your body feels good – if you don’t forget your basic needs. Combine physical activity with a balanced diet to nourish your body and mind and keep you feeling good, inside and out. See how strong you feel to pursue your dreams, fight your battles and celebrate your victories!
One simple advice for today to enable your confidence to grow: BE INSPIRED!
Today you must choose someone to learn from. You can choose someone that you work with, a friend or one historical figure. Write the name down on your agenda and think about what you can learn from that person.
Work on it, seek more information about it.
Remember, continual learning will motivate you and you will become more confident as you see yourself making progress.
I already chose someone that I admire a lot: Mahatma Gandhi.
