![]() I try to encourage you to find people that inspire you in order to maintain the urge to perform better and better every day. Both personally and professionally. Today I will talk about one of my heroes that generously let me ‘inside’ his personal habits and showed me his daily affirmations. I must tell you that this is one of the parts of The Morning Miracle where I struggle the most (along with visualization). So here’s what we can learn from him. I will leave some guidelines in their pure format, some slightly changed (I don’t believe all of you can understand Portuguese! ;) ), and some with extra comments to give you the most of Joao’s daily habits. DAILY AFFIRMATIONS >> I love who I am >> I choose to live a healthy life >> I am commited to Constant And Never-Ending Improvement (CANI) [What would happen if every day you would improve one thing in each area of your life and business in a small way? Little things don’t mean a lot, they mean everything!] >> I will not take anything personally >> I will not make assumptions >> I listen patiently while others talk >> I will communicate with others clearly and express myself more >> I will not waste my evenings with facebook and my phone. I will disconnect >> I will cultivate fulfilling relationships >> I will remain calm and happy at all times >> I will always do my best. I feel confident, relaxed and I’m focused. I have all I need >> Outside circumstances and events have no power over me. I create my world from the inside-out >> I am fully grounded in the experience of the present moment >> I am grateful for this moment >> I will pray more >> I am efficient, I’m good at delegating tasks and I make the best use of my time I must tell you that I have seen how much Joao accomplishes being very disciplined and growing better habits and this is a guaranteed approach! Personalize it and try it! Repeat every day and watch yourself become the person you want to be!
