![]() How you start your day can really set your mood and the results you can accomplish. If you want to feel fulfilled try including these three rituals into your morning routine. Tell me how that worked out! 1. Go Green Having a green smoothie or a green juice for breakfast is a great way to start your day. Think about the benefits: green vegetables contain healthy elements that help to regenerate the blood, have anti-cancer and antioxidant properties. They keep you healthy and strong. Try making a simple smoothie by blending ripe bananas, frozen or fresh berries, spinach and water or almond milk. It takes only a few minutes but will keep you energized and will provide your body with the nutrients it needs. 2. Meditate Believe me: it will help you to relieve stress and focus. It boosts your happiness and self-control. Spare at least seven minutes a day to sit quietly and peacefully. This will make you feel more grounded, in tune with yourself. You will soon see that you become more productivity and happy throughout even the busiest days. 3. Plan your day ahead Be proactive rather than reactive and plan your day ahead. Know exactly what goals you’re trying to achieve today and don’t let other people get you off track. Turn off your emails, chats or any other programs that keep you off track or insist on interrupting your real work, the true progress that can take you to the next step. Turn them off at least one hour a day. See how much faster you can work! Avoid distractions and stay focused on the task at hand, your next target, your personal goals. Plan ahead, focus and achieve much more from now on.
