What a crazy world we're living in!! It's hard to keep up the good mood. But we can still try!! How? >> Be thankful. Even the worst days have something at least nice even for at least a very quick moment or smile. Hold on to that! >> If you're stuck at home, like me, try skipping the news! You will continue to have regular updates because everyone is reading the news and talking to you about it - but at least you're not looking for bad news or scrolling about how bad this can get >> A good playlist can really do the magic trick and get you in a good mood >> Dance! I know... it sounds ridiculous. But go for it!! Everyone is going crazy so why not do something crazy and fun? >> Try a new cocktail! I've learned Basil Smash! It's very very good!!! If you don't like any of these ideas please ask for more! I'll not give up until I get some idea to cheer you up! PS - It's also healthy to stay in touch with your feelings and dealing with your negative thoughts or anxieties. We can't run from that. But we can deal with it without letting those weight on our shoulders throughout the day, the whole day. Nothing good can come from that! (Let me know if you want me to write about this!
