I’m afraid our brain is getting used to multitasking… to loosing focus. Distraction is becoming a habit. But guess what? You can easily start practicing concentration. Commit your attention to a single task. Try hard! If your mind starts to wander just ‘return’ to the task and push your concentration – to build your muscle! Your brain will eventually become fit if you insist with the same amount of effort that you use in the gym ;) Need extra tips? These work best with me:
