We're always trying to make room for our obligations, responsibilities, to solve our problems... and usually we neglect our own plans and needs. Well I challenge you today to jump on the self-care platform! Quickly! :) So please... do something today that will remind you that LIFE IS PRECIOUS! You can start with baby steps: * Have a cup of your favorite tea while listening to your favorite song * Call a friend you haven't spoken to for a while * Go out for drinks and dance! * Start a journal Or take the big necessary ones if you've been finding yourself existing instead of living: * Take the weekend off and travel somewhere! * Stop overthinking! * Choose who you spend time with! If you need me to go first... I'll do that for you: I've just booked 3 days in Paris with my sister and cousins!! LIFE IS PRECIOUS! DON'T WASTE IT! TAKE A BREAK WHEN YOU NEED IT!
