Our level of distraction these days is quite absurd... We drop a lot of topics in the first, second or final stage... we forget about it, we loose interest... that leaves us living in a state of anxiety, always waiting for something to happen...
So how about making the purpose this week to
1 - complete tasks;
2 - (if that is not possible then ) acknowledge where you are at and what you need in order to finish;
3 - do one thing at a time.
I'm betting we'll get to the end of the week with better results and feeling good and restful about our trail.
