I want you to try one exercise that I'm sure will turn your mood into a positive one:
at the end of the day focus on 3 things that made you smile.
Try hard to see them again in your head: they will automatically boost your mood and
you will end the day happier.
EXERCISE YOUR OPTMISM
(yes you can learn to do that too! It's all within your reach if you really want it):
=> write down the 3 good things that happened to you today.
This way the feeling will stay with you longer :)
