Start by eating a variety of foods and control the portions! Also remember to limit foods with added sugar! You can do it! 3. EXERCISE Any amount is better than none. This brings so many healthy benefits that you'll feel it almost instantly and you'll want more and more! Go for it and watch the early results. |
